There are many types of materials used to fabricate molds. We have experience with several types including, but not limited to :


  • Good for intricate designs and complex shapes

  • Good consistency/repeatability for multiple molds

  • Can be updated and refurbished many times

  • Must be made from a pattern

CNC Machine(Aluminum)-

  • Tighter tolerances

  • Excellent consistency/repeatability for multiple molds

  • Suitability of a design may be limited by machining capabilities

Fabricated(Mild and Stainless Steel and Aluminum)-

  • No pattern needed, design features may be limited

  • May not be suitable for multiple tool projects
